I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is amazing, on a hill overlooking the straight, and just a short walk away from public transportation. The staff is friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, from room service to help with tours. The room was soundproofed and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
Families may want to consider this hotel, as it may not have specific amenities for children.

From there, we had a fine view of Hagia Sofia and the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room itself was cozy, clean, and well-designed, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after exploring the city. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Deniz, Çan, Umit, and Azad, were pretty good to make our stay really good. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the historic sites, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Galata Port. While the climb to the hotel was a bit challenging, it was well worth it for the beautiful views and tranquil rooftop deck. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from the street and a temporary issue with the hot water system, our overall experience at Fragments Hotel was fantastic. We highly recommend it for young couples seeking a nice stay in Istanbul.

Cleanliness: The hotel room was super clean and well-maintained. Location: This hotel is situated in probably the best area, with a great view of the city and in close proximity to Taksim square. Walkable neighborhood: We loved the convenience of being able to walk to many great restaurants nearby.
Nothing negative to say.
