I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is amazing, on a hill overlooking the straight, and just a short walk away from public transportation. The staff is friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, from room service to help with tours. The room was soundproofed and had all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

Families may want to consider this hotel, as it may not have specific amenities for children.

During our stay at Fragments Hotel, we were fortunate to experience the breathtaking sea-view room on the 5th floor. From there, we had a stunning view of Hagia Sofia and the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere. The room itself was cozy, clean, and well-designed, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after exploring the city. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Deniz, Çan, Umit, and Azad. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to all the historic sites, Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Galata Port. While the climb to the hotel was a bit challenging, it was well worth it for the beautiful views and tranquil rooftop deck. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from the street and a temporary issue with the hot water system, our overall experience at Fragments Hotel was fantastic. We highly recommend it for young couples seeking a memorable stay in Istanbul.

Walkable neighborhood: We loved the convenience of being able to walk to many great restaurants nearby. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect location for travelers, with easy access to transportation. the room was clean, elegant, and had an astonishing view. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, especially Umut at the reception desk. the breakfast was excellent.

Room service did not clean the floors, which became noticeable after a few days.
